    We just want the world to know what a great deal we go working with Teresa Bills. She put us in a nice home we could afford. Of course, she could have talked us into getting a bigger and more expensive house (because we did qualify and she would have gotten a bigger commission check!!) Instead, she made us realize the importance of getting a house we could afford and be comfortable with so we can KEEP IT!!! Her honesty and integrity really made me feel comfortable with her from the moment I met her. She is straight forward and will try to get the homeowner everything that is available. She was even able to help us close early and got the seller to pay for most of the different expenses including a full home warranty!!
